Napisz do info@holysound.pl. Podaj wersję aplikacji, model urządzenia i opis problemu. Nie przesyłaj haseł, kodów logowania ani prywatnych materiałów organizacji.

Problemy z dostępem

Na ekranie logowania wybierz „Nie pamiętasz hasła?”. Jeśli korzystasz z Apple lub Google, użyj tego samego dostawcy. W przypadku ukrytego adresu Apple nie twórz drugiego konta pod innym adresem — skontaktuj się z pomocą.

Konto i dane

Profil i metody logowania znajdziesz w ustawieniach konta. Konto usuniesz przez Mój profil → Usuń konto. Przed usunięciem konta właściciela przekaż własność organizacji lub ją usuń. Więcej: polityka prywatności.

Email info@holysound.pl with the app version, device model and problem description. Do not send passwords, login codes or private organization materials.

Access and account help

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or the same Apple/Google account used previously. If Apple hides your email, contact support rather than creating another account with a different address.

Manage your profile and sign-in methods in account settings. To delete your account, open My profile → Delete account. Organization owners must first transfer ownership or delete their organization. See our privacy policy.
